The red color works best in blue water or clear fresh water at depths of 15 to 70 feet. Installation of the filter is tool free, just press it on. The filter itself is made from optical glass for maintaining a clear, sharp image. A tether for holding the filter to your camera, so you don’t accidentally drop it, is included, as is a microfiber storage bag.
